“When we called to set up an appointment to have them come out and clean our carpeting and upholstery, we told them up front that we had two dogs and a fireplace. Our concern was that the dogs sit on our furniture a lot and we could see a film such as soot in some areas on the carpeting especially near the fireplace itself. Bobby helped move our furniture and made the carpeting and our furniture look and smell clean and refreshing. While they were there, I asked if they would take a look at my stairs in the house as we thought that the carpeting might have to be replaced due to the heavy traffic. Bobby said he would clean them. When he was finished, they looked great. The stairs now will be included in our semi-annual cleaning with Mastercare Carpet Cleaning.
